Custom UV-DTF Policy

  • All custom UV-DTF'S are printed on our in-house UV-DTF Printer using Epsom i600 u1 Printheads.
  • We will always aim to get your orders out within the specified timescales displayed at the top of the website, however please do allow additional time for custom design UV-DTF prints during busier times. 
  • UV-DTF is suitable for most hard-substrates - as a general rule of thumb, products that you can apply permanent vinyl to are usually compatible with UV-DTF. We have trialed UV-DTF with plastic, acrylic, metal, wood, PU leather, glass and have had great results.
  • It's important to advise that the designs may look slightly different on a real product than what you see on your monitor/screen. This is due to inconsistencies of various monitors/screens, lighting sources and digital products - we can always offer a test-print if you require a large number of transfers to ensure that you are happy with the result for a small fee.
  • We print exactly what you send us. Please ensure you have a transparent background on your gang sheet. We do not offer refunds on custom prints.
